She has led high-visibility projects across various industries in every lifecycle — serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders. Known for her collaborative style, business acumen, and analytical rigor, Kathi blends strategic insight with practical execution to build scalable, compliant, and market-competitive total rewards programs.

Her background includes senior consultancy roles at Mercer, Buck Consultants, and Aon Radford, and she has held strategic compensation positions at Amazon, Nordstrom, and Coinstar. Kathi is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) and earned a Master’s in Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) from The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business.
